At the heart of this addon lies the 'cooldown' mechanic. For those unfamiliar, cooldown is the time it takes before your weapon or tool can deal maximum damage again. It's visually represented by a loading bar right below your cursor, adding a layer of strategic depth to every encounter. This feature ensures that timing your attacks becomes crucial, just like in Java edition.
Here’s a quick rundown of cooldown times for various items:
- Swords: 0.60
- Tridents: 0.90
- Hoes & Non-Weapon Items: 0.25
- Axes (Wooden to Netherite): 1.25 to 1.0
Ever wanted to feel like a true warrior, slashing through multiple foes at once? With the charged sword attack, you can! This sweeping attack hits all nearby mobs, provided it's not a critical hit, making it perfect for farming mobs efficiently as they still drop items and XP.
Speaking of sweeping, the Sweeping Edge enchantment enhances this ability by increasing both the range and damage of your sweeping attack. The enchantment is exclusively available through trading with villagers, a nod to Minecraft Bedrock’s trading limitations.
